Your information and your job search

EQ uses the details you provide to help you explore roles, understand your preferences and connect you with relevant recruiting partners. We do not sell your personal information.

When you express interest

With your permission, we save your contact details, self-reported professional information, preferences and the role you selected. If you upload a resume, it is stored privately with your application for EQ review. A resume is optional; please leave out sensitive identification, banking or patient information. Pat can read supported resume text to understand your background and ask relevant follow-up questions. Resume details remain self-reported; a resume does not verify identity or licensing, or give permission to text you or share your details with a recruiting partner. Scanned or damaged files may need a text-based replacement. Relevant recruiting partners may receive these details and a relevant career summary so they can contact you about opportunities. Full chat transcripts are not included in the prepared referral email.

Conversations with Pat

Pat is an AI physical therapy career concierge provided through EQ.app. EQ saves web conversations for review and continuity in this browser. OpenAI processes web chat and recorded voice messages; voice messages are transcribed. Please do not provide sensitive identification, banking or patient information.

Pat’s career texts

If you join the PT talent pool, we save your mobile number, the texting permission you chose and when you chose it. Pat sends an introductory text and can continue the conversation by SMS about your career interests and relevant jobs. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Joining is optional and is not required to apply. Talent-pool signup does not apply for a particular job or give recruiting partners permission to contact you. We do not share this texting consent with third parties for their marketing.

Pat is an AI assistant. Your SMS replies use Pat’s existing phone conversation. Entering a phone number here does not link this browser’s history or verify qualifications. You may choose the existing verified history-linking flow separately. For help, use the web chat or contact the EQ team.

Application text messages

If you choose the optional application SMS checkbox, Pat can text you about your application and PT career support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Contact pat@eqmembers.com for support. SMS consent is not a condition of applying and is not shared for third-party marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Partner-sharing permission is separate.

Your choices

You can withdraw contact and partner-sharing permission through “Your applications” on the job board in the browser where you applied. This cancels pending messages for that application. It does not delete your existing records or recall information already delivered. Ask the EQ team about deletion or other privacy requests. Clearing browser data may remove access to your saved conversation and application controls.

Cookies and site measurement

Necessary cookies support site functions, your application and saved conversation, and your cookie choices. They remain available when you choose “Necessary only”. Optional measurement cookies are off until you choose “Accept optional cookies”.

With your permission, EQ records pages and role references visited, broad referral source, device category, search and filter use, form progress, upload selection, errors, and confirmed applications. We never include form values, search text, resume contents, conversations, IP addresses or full referring URLs in analytics. Analytics uses a separate random first-party session cookie that expires after 30 minutes. We remember your preference in this browser for 180 days.

You can change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the job-board footer. Declining does not affect applications or Pat. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honoured. Withdrawing analytics permission deletes the current analytics session and its events; this control can only remove the current session; changes reach the reporting Sheet on its next successful sync. Authorised EQ staff use a private Google Sheet for reporting. A copy of the reporting dataset is sent to Google when that connection is enabled. Observations are kept for up to 90 days and expired records are purged when the analytics service receives requests. Application and communication records are separate operational records needed to handle your enquiry.

EQ may send application acknowledgements when enabled. Partner referrals remain subject to EQ review and delivery controls.
